Talitu cuts the cost of one repeat job that slows a team. We build an AI system around its rules and tools, live in 30 days. Introduce a business to us. If they go ahead, you take 10% of what they pay us.

We find the job costing a business the most each week, build an AI system that does it and prove the result against a number they care about. One repeat job. One clear result. One number to beat.
We look at one costly job and give them an honest yes or no on whether it is worth a closer look. There is no charge.
We follow the job from start to finish. They see what it costs each month, the number to beat, a fixed build price and a 30-day plan. £2,500 to £5,000.
We build an AI system that does the job inside the tools they already use. Their team approves anything uncertain or important.
Their team can run the system, or we watch it, fix issues and update it as their rules, tools or volumes change.
A good build starts with a job a team does hundreds of times a month, such as Back-Office Checks, Claims & Underwriting, Contracts & Documents, Orders & Quotes, Site Visits & Reports or Renewals & Compliance. Not on the list? If their team does it hundreds of times a month, it is worth an introduction.
So you can make the introduction with confidence. Each promise depends on an agreed plan and the access we need.
If we can't find a job worth at least three times the build price in its first year, they get their full Cost Check fee back.
Their agreed job goes live within 30 days of plan sign-off and access. If we miss the date for reasons within our control, we keep working at no extra cost until it's live.
Our monthly fee starts only once the system hits the number we agreed. If it hasn't hit it within 60 days of going live, they keep the system and owe no monthly fee.
Included at no extra cost: team handover training, a one-page AI use policy for staff, a direct line to the engineer who built it and human checks for work that shouldn't run alone. They own the custom code we build for them, as set out in the contract.
You bring the relationship. We run the Workflow Call, the Cost Check, the build and the ongoing service.
Tell us who you work with and how you know them. We reply within two business days. If it is a fit, we put the terms in writing before you introduce anyone.
Send us the business name first so we can check it is not already in progress. Then introduce us by email and we take over the call and the follow-up. We confirm every introduction to you in writing, so there is a record of who brought whom.
If they go ahead, your 10% is paid once they have paid us. That includes the monthly fee for as long as they stay on Run & Improve.
Standard commission is 10% of everything that business pays Talitu: the Cost Check, the build and the monthly fee. Your rate and your terms are in writing before you introduce anyone.
Each build is one fixed price, agreed at the end of the Cost Check. So what an introduction is worth depends on the job that business chooses to fix. We tell you the number as soon as it is agreed. How long the monthly commission runs is set out in the partner agreement.
A good introduction is a business with 20 to 200 staff, a team doing the same job hundreds of times a month and a leader who owns a number they want to improve.
You already advise businesses on how they run. When you spot a team doing the same job by hand all day, send it our way.
You build or support the tools these businesses run on, so you hear about the slow parts before anyone else does.
Accountants, coaches, brokers and industry groups who speak to founders and leaders every week.
Every build is planned from scratch around one job. The business owns the custom code we build for it, as set out in the contract.
You make the introduction and stay as close to it as you want. We run the call, the Cost Check, the build and the service after that. You carry none of the delivery, and you keep the relationship you already have.
10% of everything they pay us, including the monthly fee while they stay on Run & Improve.
Some partners want the work under their own brand. That means you plan it, you hold the contract and you answer to the client. Talitu builds behind you. It works when you can run the client side well, so we agree these one at a time.
Priced per project. We quote you a delivery rate and your margin is the difference.
The 30-Day AI Workflow Sprint. It starts with a 20-minute AI Workflow Call. If the job is worth a closer look, the Cost Check maps it and agrees the number to beat. Then we build an AI system that does the job, live in 30 days. After that, their team can run it or we run and improve it.
10% of everything that business pays Talitu: the Cost Check, the build and the monthly fee if we run and improve the system. The build is one fixed price, agreed at the end of the Cost Check. We tell you the number as soon as it is agreed.
It runs while that business pays Talitu to run and improve the system, for the term set out in your partner agreement. If they take it in house or stop, the commission stops with it.
After the client pays us. We invoice them, they pay, then your share goes out on the next payment run. The dates and the payment method are set out in the partner agreement before you introduce anyone.
We confirm every introduction to you in writing on the day you make it, and that confirmation is the record. If we are already talking to that business, we tell you straight away, before you spend any more time on it.
No. You make the introduction. We run the Workflow Call and give the business an honest yes or no on whether a system is worth building for them.
On a referral, Talitu holds the contract and looks after the build. You keep the relationship you already have and we work around it.
Sometimes. Every build is planned from scratch and the client owns the custom code we build, as set out in the contract. So white-label only works where you can plan the work and hold the contract yourself. We agree those one at a time and price them per project.
Businesses with 20 to 200 staff where a team does the same job hundreds of times a month, with clear rules for how it gets done. Think back-office checks in financial services, claims in insurance, contracts in legal, orders in wholesale, site reports in field service or renewals in property management.
No. We do review every application, because this works best when you already reach the right businesses.
Ads on your own channels and content are welcome. We do ask you not to bid on Talitu brand terms or close variations in paid search, so we are not bidding against our own partners.
